Returns

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The cost to return the item/s will be for your account.

Should we after inspection/testing deem the item/s to be faulty/ non optimum we reserve the right to replace the item/s or refund you the client as we deem fit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item/s need to be kept at fridge temperature and reach us in the same condition/ temperature as to preserve the item/s in the best condition possible.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping/Courier

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/courier costs for returning your item. Shipping/courier costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The cost to send an item/s is R150 for 20kms from us and R180 for 25kms from us. R225 for 35kms and R250 for 40kms from us.
